How pre-construction pricing works here

Triple Crown Estates will be released to Platinum VIP buyers first, with pricing reserved for our earliest registered list. Public pricing typically follows, often at a premium to VIP pricing and after the most desirable lots and elevations have already been reserved.

Deposit structure

Pre-construction deposits in Ontario detached communities are typically spread over several instalments — an initial cheque at signing, followed by additional cheques at fixed intervals. The exact structure will be confirmed in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale at launch.
