The land

Triple Crown Estates sits on the former Norcliffe Farms — one of the most successful thoroughbred breeding operations in Canadian racing history. For decades the land was associated with disciplined stewardship, careful breeding, and an unshowy Canadian sense of excellence.

The name

The community is named for one of Canada's most successful thoroughbreds. "Triple Crown" honours the three crowns of racing's most coveted prize and ties the community directly to the equestrian legacy of the site.

The home types

Triple Crown Estates is exclusively a detached community — no townhomes. Homes sit on 45-foot, 50-foot, 60-foot, and 70-foot lots. Four different ways to own a detached estate home in King City.

The master plan
